Apothecary bar + lounge 102 S 13th Street Philadelphia, PA 19107 (215) 735-7500 RECIPE Midtown Village Cocktail 2 oz Old Overholt Rye Whiskey 1 oz Cinzono Italian Sweet Vermouth ¾ oz Graham?s Six Grapes Ruby Port ¼ oz Meletti Amaro 2 dashes Regan?s Orange Bitters 2 dashes Angostra Bitters 2 dashes Peychaud?s Bitters Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Stir on ice for twenty seconds, strain into a chilled classic cocktail glass. Garnish with 3 brandied cherries on a pick. Flame an orange twist, rub rim of glass. Add twist and serve. RECIPE Immunity Idol 1 ½ oz Hendricks Gin ¾ oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur 1 oz Pineapple Pureet ½ oz Fresh squeezed Orange Juice 2 dashes Regan?s Orange Bitters 10 drops Echinachea Tincture 10 drops Elderberry Tincture 10 drops Hawthorne Tincture to top Bele Casel Prosecco garnish Inebriated Berries (see recipe below) Shake all ingredients vigorously with the exception of the Prosecco. Strain into a chilled champagne coupe. Top with prosecco. Spoon in a spoonful of inebriated berries. RECIPE Inebriated Berries ½ cup Ripe Strawberries sliced ¼ cup Blueberries 1 oz Pineapple Pureet 2 oz Vodka 1 tsp. Sugar \ Put all ingredients in a tight container. Shake well. Let soak at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours.
